Central Q is a private residential building with 147 apartments, located in Quart De Poblet (Valencia), next to the Quart metrostation. Furnished and unfurnished 2-3-4BR apartments are for rent now.

The apartment

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath and a shower and the other one is well equipped and features a walk-in shower.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and it is very spacious is very nice decorated and has everything you need. It will also give you acces to the balcony. The balcony features blinders, so you can always choose if you would like to sit in the sun or the shadow.

This is the perfect place to relax after a long day of work on the weekends to enjoy your favorite serie. From the living room you also have acces to your balcony.
